At the age of 13 I lost my younger brother.
At the age of 21 I lost my Dad.
At the age of 25 I lost my 8 year relationship.
At 27, I realised that all 3 of those losses were key lessons that have brought me to where I am now, writing this for you to read.
The single difference between pleasure and pain is perspective.
My Performing Arts practise began when I was 4 and my yoga practise joined 17 years later. My theatrical exploration keeps me in tune with play and adventure and my Yoga practice keeps me in touch with wisdom and discipline. Whether I am in a rehearsal room or a Yoga Shala, I am always focussed on creating stories that guide both body and mind through a connected experience.
I value honesty & authenticity. I want to help people to use their suffering to grow more conscious so they can adapt to a change in circumstances and stay happy no matter what is happening around them. I am passionate about finding the lessons in loss, the strength in suffering, and the gift of grief. Every painful moment in my life so far has pushed me to grow into the happy and successful woman I am today. I want to share this expertise with you.
I am here to support & teach students to look after their mental & physical health so they can get up in the morning without overthinking and be motivated to create a life of freedom & adventure. It is my role to provide feedback, mentorship, and a loving presence for people who are willing to make a change but haven’t yet been able to implement the habits necessary for true transformation.

I‘ve had the honor to have Ciara as my lead teacher in Goa, India. I experienced Ciara as very open, heart warming, welcoming and at the same time highly professional. Her way of teaching the practice of yoga, theory and philosophy with her massive knowledge made it very easy for me to become a teacher myself.

Ciara is a natural teacher and it’s obvious from the get-go how passionate she is about Yoga - both the practice and philosophy. On my YTT, there were so many elements to learn in such a short space of time, some of which I had difficulty with - particularly Sanskrit and Anatomy. However, Ciara has such a wonderful approach to teaching and her methods felt accessible for everyone - her analogies and visual references made even the most difficult things feel much easier to remember. She has such an in-depth knowledge of yoga, along with a strong personal practice - inspiring everyone she teaches. She also has a great sense of humour - she brought so much joy and laughter to her classes! I feel so lucky to have been taught by her.

She is an inspiration and an amazing teacher and super knowledgeable and can really see she has a passion for what she does she teaches with integrity, joy and love.

Ciara is an awesome, inspiring and energetic teacher! Experienced her classes at my yoga teacher training in India and definitely, she loves movement and is great at passing on the enthusiasm through her classes, always managing to challenge you with fun poses and transitions. Her drama workshop/exercises add-ons are also worth mentioning and highly recommended! Hoping I get a chance to join Ciara's class again.
