Up until the age of 15, I felt lost and crazy in this world and this life but that all changed when I stumbled upon Alan Watts and his teachings at age 17. Moving my body has always been very important to me right from when I began training in Brazilian Juitsu, going to the gym and practising Yoga. After many years of meditation, I sought to find a master of yoga. On the path of breaking the chains of mental slavery I was brought by a longing of my heart to India after my Mother died.

Both of these events were huge turning points in my life because I realised that life is pure and simple when you live it like you mean it.

I remained in India for a year practicing and teaching Yoga. I find that mindfulness and a steady practice of both body and mind brings a balance to life. I believe that  with the right tools life can be a wonderful experience filled with an expanding feeling of connectedness to the world around you and with a feeling of the oceanic depth of wisdom that resides inside of you. This I think should be a birthright to all human beings.

We are all here by choice and you can check out whenever you feel ready. Until then, I want you to realise that this is fun and games and try to enjoy the ride. I am full of energy and always up for a challenge. I am to create and share love, wisdom and joy with people that have had enough of the 9-5 rat race and want to vibrate higher so we can lift people around us up to new heights.
