Our Cancellation Agreement
- We will always strive to defer your retreat booking to an alternative date if possible so that you are still able to enjoy your retreat booking.
- 100% deposit refund for cancellation 60+ days before retreat start date.
- 50% deposit refund for cancellation 30-59 days before retreat start date.
- 0% deposit refund for cancellation 0-29 days before retreat start date.
COVID-19
- Refund issued for travel related reasons only. If it is impossible to travel then we will reimburse your money.
Our Deposit Agreement
- Option 1: Pay 100% of your Retreat balance in full
- Option 2: Pay 50% of your retreat balance upon booking and the remaining 50% 30 days before your retreat start date.
Remaining Balance
- Remaining balance is due 30 days before the retreat start date.
- If paid at the time of booking, a full refund of the remaining balance is available up to 30 days before your retreat start date.
- If you cancel 0-29 days before your retreat start date, the remaining balance is not refundable.
Discount
- Early Bird: 10% off and you pay in full at the time of booking. Available when booking is made 60+ days before retreat start date.
